Documentary B&W and Infrared Photos

I have been a professional photographer since the early 1970's, using colour and infrared colour. A number of my early infrared images are now recognised as being of documentary significance.

Girls waiting for a bus in the Kings' Road, Chelsea in 1971, recorded out of boredom in a traffic hold-up, now represent  fashions long gone. Carnaby Street which opened in 1970 had entirely boarded up shop fronts before that date. I have a documentary picture of John Stephen's shop with two topless girls sitting up on the 1st floor.

The docklands area was extensively photographed by me in 1978 and I have about a hundred black and white negatives showing the area from St Katherine's Dock to Tilbury.

Please email be if you are looking for any specific documentary images of London during the 1970's and 80's, I may well be able to help.
